APA were instructed as an Expert Witness on behalf of the developer in regards a contractual dispute that had arisen between themselves and the freeholders in regards the construction of a residential development in Swindon, Wiltshire.  The reported issues related to both the adequacy of the robust detailing and general construction defects.

Our brief included a full inspection of the building, including opening up, boroscope surveys of cavities etc., and preparation of a full report advising on the reported issues and whether they were compliant with current regulations applicable at the time.  APA also subsequently attended a meeting with the claimants appointed Expert Witness and their legal advisors.
