APA were instructed to prepare a specification for the required fire compartmentation remediation and internal common parts refurbishment of Sovereign View, Rotherhithe, a residential development containing a total of 20 separate blocks of flats, containing a total of 158 units.  APA undertook a full inspection of the buildings, along with consultant fire engineers and asbestos consultants, to develop the specification. The works have been tendered and are awaiting instruction.
