calculated in order to show the difference between the average earnings of men and women across the school. The calculations were based on the workforce on 5th April 2022.<\/p><p>The school uses salary scales for teaching staff and hourly rates of pay for domestic and catering staff, thus ensuring equal pay for men and women. The gender pay gap is a result of the roles that men and women are employed in and the salaries these roles attract.<\/p><p>The workforce at the school consists of 74.4% women and 25.6% men.
