Purchasing an agreed number of coaching hours each month, which can be used across team members as required. This is an opportunity to develop the team on a one to one basis or working collectively as a team.

How it works

The first step is a 30-minute intro call to make sure you and your coach are a good match. Sessions are usually a 90-minute call every month for either 6 or 12 months, however this can be tailored to your needs. Emotional Intelligence and Behavioural Assessments are also available to deepen self-awareness and develop even more insight.

The results from a coaching programme with Borderless will be felt immediately. An expert by your side to help you and your team tackle your goals and development head on and keep you accountable to lasting change. All it takes is 90 minutes each month, and a commitment to work on the plan in between coaching sessions.
